**May be eligible for a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus**
Position Highlights:
* Student Loan Repayment: This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.
Job Summary
The Sonographer is responsible for performing ultrasonic diagnostic procedures for patients as ordered.
Education and/or Experience
* Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* One to two years of additional ultrasound experience/training preferred.
* Vascular experience recommended
Certification/Licensure/Registrations
* ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) registration in OB/GYN and Abdominal modalities within six months of hire date is required. RVT preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
* 7:00am-7:00pm, e/5th wknd, occas hol, with evening/wknd call; 72hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
* $30.25 - $45.75 per hour
