This means developing an equitable model for ensuring healthy parents, babies, and pregnancy outcomes. At our new campus, we are already providing pre- and post-natal care and offering services to women and those of all gender identities in all stages of life. The Director, Nursing Services assumes 24-hour responsibility for the provision of nursing care in their assigned area(s) and is responsible for the overall quality of care provided in the respective department.
