SUMMARY
As an Interventional Technologist, your attention to detail and assistance with radiology procedures ensures diagnostic quality and the maximum comfort and safety of patients undergoing procedures.

STATUS: Full-Time
LOCATION: Clifton Springs Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Imaging
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday, Days/Evenings/Nights

ATTRIBUTES

* 6 months as Radiologic Technologist preferred; Interventional Technologist experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Patient Care. Provide on-call coverage for radiography in all assigned areas, including angiography, interventional and digital subtraction angiography; maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients during unsupervised shifts and throughout the angiographic area; transport medications to procedure
* Documentation. Properly document exams and related procedures utilizing the RIS/PACS and in-patient charts
* General Maintenance. Clean, restock and prepare rooms on a daily basis

EDUCATION:

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: RT(R) - Registered Radiologic Technologist - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $32.00 - $43.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
