Job Description:

  • Greeting customers as they come into the Tax Center
  • Sign customers up for waiting queue
  • Alert customers when Tax Examiner is ready to meet with them
  • Answer basic tax related questions (process questions)
  • Answer phone calls as they come into the front office
  • Check people in for any meetings that they have
  • Support email communication from a general mailbox

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of receptionist or administrative experience
  • Professional experience with the ability to run a front desk while answering phone calls
  • Strong customer service expeionce
