Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
$5,000 sign-on bonus
 
Position Highlights:
May be eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 24 months
Compensation: Immediately, Avera starts you with great wages, excellent benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement.
Student Loan Repayment: This position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary

Licensure/Certification/Registration
~ Must have current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of SD or “multi-state privilege” to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside of SD.

Basic Life Support certification is mandatory within six months of employment.
Previous experience in long term care preferred.
Work Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm, every 3 rd weekend, every 3 rd holiday; 48 hours every 2 weeks
On- call rotation of 2-3 weeks per 4 month period

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
~$31.00 - $46.50 per hour
