In addition, an Advanced Lead engineer is expected to manage priority across multiple cross-functional teams to establish boundary conditions, assess material and manufacturing capabilities, conduct design trades to optimize across a range of requirements, and understand the impact on project cost and schedule. Designs will be developed in support of future test and qualification efforts and the scope of the role will also include development of producibility and supportability strategies. As an Advanced Lead Engineer, you will drive design efforts with feedback from experienced Team Leads & Controlled Title Holders in a mission-based team environment, assessing resource gaps and proposing strategies to protect program deliverables. This position reports to an engineering manager in Evendale, OH with the opportunity to integrate with various internal & external engineering disciplines.

Teams in the Advanced Programs space are fueled by a love of aviation and a sense of purpose to support our military customers. We solve hard problems by pulling concepts from the science & technology realm into the world of applied engineering.
