They have engaged our firm to identify a rockstar Director Surgical Services to help take this service line to the next level.
Job description/Responsibilities:
The Director is responsible and accountable for the operations and efficiencies of the surgical services department. Ensure the efficient functions of the department.Required Qualification:
- Current and valid state RN License or eligible
- Previous supervisory experience, preferred.
- Minimum of five-year staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Surgical Services setting preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia within 90 days of hire
- 3 years’ supervisory experience in the OR
