Your Role as a Billing Specialist:
In this dynamic role, you'll be a crucial part of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and proofreading **high-volume billing reports** with precision.
- Making **billing corrections** and coordinating with account managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Handling **custom invoicing** and managing uploads to customer portals.
- Processing **credit memos and adjustments** to ensure accurate financial records.
- Supporting **month-end summaries** and invoicing tasks to meet critical deadlines.
