Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.\n
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, while providing exceptional service and support throughout their therapeutic journey.\n
  • Utilize digital documentation practices to maintain accurate treatment plans, progress notes, and other required client records in accordance with company policies.\n
  • Engage creatively in the therapeutic process, adapting interventions to meet clients' evolving needs and helping them achieve and surpass their treatment goals.\n
  • Coordinate closely with families, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's situation.\n

You will be working with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in ensuring they receive the tools and support necessary for navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, familial conflict, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n
