Swedish is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Pediatric Pulmonologist in a co-managed position within Swedish Pediatric Specialties in Seattle, Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a strong, diverse specialty group that serves patients throughout the beautiful city of Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Co-manage patients with a Pediatric Pulmonologist
  2. Provide outpatient care with no call responsibilities
  3. Work within a larger clinic shared with other pediatric specialties including Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Urology, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Orthopedics, and more
  4. Schedule: Monday to Friday
  5. Clinic hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  6. 36 patient contact hours per week
Qualifications:
  1. Experience preferred, especially in Pediatrics or a pediatric specialty
  2. Special licenses or certifications as required
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary with potential productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
  2. Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement
  3. CME benefits available
  4. Compensation is between $125,182 and $168,408 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
