The FNP Nurse Practitioner / Internal Medicine PA will have the wonderful opportunity to join a solid team of 20+ Advanced Practice Providers at this fast-paced medical group. 

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals to specialists when needed. You'll also focus on health promotion and disease prevention, offering patient education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, and preventive screenings. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
