Position Overview: We are seeking a Commercial/Personal Insurance Agent to join our expanding team in Arizona. In this role, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet your own sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona insurance license (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Proven experience in commercial and/or personal insurance sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance software is a plus.
