Financial Package:
* Competitive compensation package with a 3-year contract. Base guarantee of $250k with the opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
* Generous sign-on bonus of $20k with eligibility for an annual metric bonus
* Full portfolio of benefits including health/vision/dental insurance along with malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and matching retirement savings options from day 1
Qualifications:
* MD/DO degree.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible

* The comprehensive benefits package is available on day 1 and includes health/vision/dental insurance along with full malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation and 403(b) with employer match etc.
* Orlando Health offers 4 weeks of continuous pay for parental leave.
