Position Highlights

* Collegial group practice with a large referral base
* Established outpatient practice expanding due to increased patient volume
* Our team includes 5 physicians and 2 dedicated advanced practitioners, 4 audiologists
* Call is 1:7-8
* Full Audiology, vestibular testing and hearing aid dispensing services offered
* Main location will be in Worcester, additional locations could include Milford, Leominster, Southborough.
* Established minimally invasive balloon sinus surgery performed with 3 in-office operating rooms for minor procedures
* Robust allergy practice with testing, intradermal and sublingual immunotherapy
* The dept is open to building the practice to accommodate any additional surgical procedures of your interest
* Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license
* State of the art Epic EMR system
* Student and Resident teaching; and Research opportunity available if desired

Required Qualifications

* BC/ BE in Otolaryngology
* Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or willing to obtain
* Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications

* Subspecialty interest a plus
* Experience working within a Team Care model
* Fluency in EMR systems & technology
