Job Description

Our team of health care professionals at Shepard Park Home Care/The Wellington Senior Living and the Alton Memory Care seeks a Long Term Care Director to oversee and provide growth for the operations at the two residential communities located in the Highland Park area of St. Paul, MN. Our community offers its residents a beautiful housing setting with high quality homecare services.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have five or more years of experience in the leadership and management of long term care services in independent, assisted living and/or memory care settings; RN preferred but not required. Experience is also required in the areas of operational and financial management; local, state and federal regulations; hiring, training and leading a large staff; and Class F license compliance.
