*Job Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes and hospitals. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while ensuring the comfort and dignity of patients. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to assist in patient care and daily activities.

*Duties*
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide basic life support when necessary and respond to emergencies.
- Support patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
- Assist in the care of geriatric patients as well as those requiring critical care.
- Work collaboratively within a team in various settings, including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers.

*Experience*
Candidates should possess experience or training in caregiving roles within medical environments. Familiarity with geriatrics, nursing home settings, or critical care is highly desirable. Experience working with children is also beneficial. A background in medical office procedures or knowledge of basic life support techniques will enhance the candidate's ability to succeed in this role.
