WORK PURPOSE:

• HDGT FSE (Field Service Engineer) with experience in maintenance activities for our projects in North America and Latin America.

Duties & responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to perform directly and supervise the troubleshooting, maintenance, of HD gas turbine and relevant auxiliary systems.
• The candidate should be able to perform maintenance such as combustion, Hot Gas Path Inspection, Liners and Transition Pieces Inspections, and general overhaul.
• The candidate should be able to inspect, to remove and reinstall the fuel gas valves, pumps, coupling, starting systems, hubs, filters, etc.
• The candidate should be familiar with the GB inspection.
• The candidate should have experience and knowledge for bore-scope inspection.
• The candidate should be able to realign the machinery.
• The candidate should be able to detect the clearances data with recording of them in the provided form and execution of the eventual correction in accordance with the specification.
• The candidate should be able to assist the control engineer for restart of the units.
• The candidate should be able familiar with the technical documentation (layout, P&I, specification, sketches, etc.)
• The candidate should be able to manage RCA (Root Causes Analysis) and NCM (Non-Conformity Materials).
• The candidate should be able to compile the reports of the activity, apply and use the E tools such as (EDM, TCE, Fieldworks.)
• The candidate should have particular care to work in quality (QA/QC) and safety (EHS)

Required competences:

• Viable Candidates should be residents and/ or hold valid permit to work visas for the North American and Latin America.
• Fluent or business level English , Spanish (optional);
• Duration: Rotation and/ or Resident Roles.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, covering the roles of Control Field Engineer in Oil and gas Projects that could be maintenance or installation activities.
