As a Keyholder, you’ll play a vital role in our retail team. You'll be the go-to person, supporting daily operations, ensuring our store is immaculate, and helping to create a memorable customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with us and make a significant impact on our brand.

Role includes but is not limited to:

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering personalized attention to every guest. Build relationships, share product knowledge, and assist customers in finding their perfect Teressa Foglia hat. Understand our bespoke & custom process to assist clients with their dream hat.
  • Sales-Driven Mentality: Actively seek opportunities to drive sales and exceed store goals. Implement sales strategies and provide product recommendations to maximize revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and manage store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and accurately represented both in-store and online. Perform regular inventory counts and handle incoming shipments.
  • Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the store, handling transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure a beautiful shopping environment. Receiving & shipping orders.
  • Shopify Expertise: Utilize Shopify to manage inventory, process online orders, and ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date. You will be responsible for keeping our online store running smoothly and in sync with in-store stock.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, supporting and motivating your fellow team members. Serve as a role model, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Event Support: Help organize and participate in off-site events, including pop-ups and community outreach programs. Be comfortable handling a variety of tasks, from setup to teardown.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle returns or exchanges with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor daily sales, assist with reaching store goals, and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product trends.
  • Attend off-site & industry events representing Teressa Foglia & growing client base

Who you are:

  • You love getting hands-on, solving problems, and staying organized even when things get hectic.

  • You’re a natural leader and a true team player, willing to take charge while supporting those around you.

  • You have a sales-driven mindset and are passionate about exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • You have retail experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role.

  • You’re proactive, trustworthy, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • You have experience with Shopify and are comfortable managing online and in-store inventory.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience and a proven track record of driving sales in a retail environment.

  • Experience with Shopify is required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Houston, TX, and participate in off-site events.
