  • Lab onsite: Yes
  • EMR: Systoc
  • Other Info: - Coverage at Ambulatory Occupational Health office
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
  • Active OH License
  • BC (Occupational Med/Urgent/Primary Care)
  • DEA
  • Workers Compensation Certification
  • DOT Certification
  • Covid Vaccination proof
