- Experience Identity Access Management projects as a business systems analyst – requirements gathering, data analysis, data visualization, documentation, business process workflow diagrams, critical thinking, problem solving, research, and teamwork/collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a business population with varying levels of understanding in Identity Access Management
- Hands-on experience in application and privilege access management tools such as SailPoint, and CyberArk platform
- Work experience in with global (onshore/near shore/offshore) teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience as a business systems analyst in enterprise environment
- Historic expertise of working on SailPoint certifications, Separation of Duties, Native Changes, Onboarding, Offboarding, and other system functions
- Good understanding of Identity Access management terminology and standards
- Excellent business communication and documentation skills
- Strong knowledge of entitlement reviews staging configuration (People Manager, Entitlement Owner, Application Owner, platform owner)
- Understanding of role engineering and role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Understanding different technologies such as RACF Mainframe, AIX/UNIX, Linux, AWS, Entra, Active Directory, Databases (MSSQL, MySQL etc), Windows, IBM ISIM LDAP, OKTA, Splunk and others
- Knowledge of LDAP/Directory Services, RACF Mainframe, Web-Service Restful APIs, Delimited feed file, JDBC based SailPoint integrations.
- Advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis
