Located ~1 hour northwest of Albany, this campus has a 74-bed acute care community hospital, an 85 bed nursing home and rehabilitation center, and outpatient services.

The selected candidate will:
- Oversee a team of 3 Registered Dietitians;
- Provide nutritional care to the long term care residents, acute care patients and outpatient referrals as needed;
- Oversee the ambassador program and the patient ambassadors;
- Demonstrate skills in establishing and maintaining standards of care;
- Be willing to work occasional weekends, primarily providing nutritional care to the acute care patients;
- meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
- be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;
- represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or
- Participate in test trays, food service audits, and patient satisfaction.
