Responsibilities:

  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas
  5. Develop user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices
  6. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results
  7. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in designing B2B solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and deliverables.
  3. Strong UX development skills are necessary to succeed in this position
  4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, or similar
  5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interactive design, and information architecture
  6. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
  8. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  9. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
  10. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience and/or familiarity with enterprise applications in healthcare provider settings
