In this comprehensive role, the Nurse Director Pediatric Behavioral Health will have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills as the position involves managing the unit's operational and administrative aspects. This includes long-term unit planning, budgeting, and staff management. The full-time staff includes Counselors, RNs, and Psychiatrists.
