Our client, a reputable and growing services firm, is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team in Kern County. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in a company known for its dedication to client success and exceptional management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- General Ledger Oversight: Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development of annual budgets, track financial performance, and perform variance analysis.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee AP/AR functions, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and vendor management.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Audit Coordination: Support the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any audit findings.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient financial operations.
