Brownsville, Texas is located in the Rio Grande Valley, one of the fastest growing areas in Texas, and is a scenic, cultural place like no other. Known as Texas' Tropical Playground, Brownsville is located a short 25 minutes from South Padre Island and the SpaceX launch pad. The area is a perfect location for those that love the outdoors and tropical atmosphere. The Rio Grande Valley includes three major cities (Harlingen, Brownsville and McAllen) and a population of 1.3 million.

This position is affiliated with Valley Baptist Health System which has two full service hospitals with 800+ licensed beds and is a part of Tenet Health System, a national healthcare organization with 88 hospitals and 36,000 affiliated physicians. With 3,000 employees and over 450 physicians on the medical staffs, Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen and Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville, are focused on quality, safety and high level patient satisfaction. This position will serve in the Brownsville community and integrated primarily with Valley Baptist Medical Center Brownsville.
