Key Responsibilities:

·Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, whether they are in for a simple repair, a watch battery, or purchasing a luxury item.

·Build and maintain a strong clientele by leveraging your interpersonal skills and sales expertise.

·Stay informed about the latest trends and products in the luxury market.

·Provide a memorable shopping experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.


Qualifications:

·Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Experience in luxury retail and clientele building is a plus.

·GIA training is preferred but not required.
