Are you looking for locum PRN shifts in Western Idaho?
Job details:
* Start: As soon as credentialing is complete
* Able to work weekends, if desired/needed
* Two (2) options for coverage: Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice
* Option to work days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours)
* One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
* Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury. Exams will be a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.
* No prescribing, no treatment
* DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified
* Use of Goniometer required
* Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
* Own personal laptop (NO MACs)
Job Requirements:
* Board Certification: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R
* ID license preferred
* Own Laptop
* Willing to be DMA trained
* Local candidates only (within 50 miles of facility) travel included in rates
What Greenstaff Medical US has to offer:
* Half-day Rate: $660/W2 and $740/1099 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
* Daily Rate: $1320/W2 and $1480/1099 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
* Bonus: One time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams
* Licensure reimbursement
* Certification reimbursement
* Full benefits Health, Dental, Vision and 401K for W2 employees
* Referral bonuses of $2,000-$3,000
