Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

Position Highlights:

* Compensation: Immediately, Avera starts you with great wages, excellent benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement.

* Student Loan Repayment: This position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary

* The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the direction of the provider.


Education and/or Experience

* Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.

* Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.


Licensure/Certification/Registration

* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.

* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment. If required, must obtain within 90 days of being placed in the role.


Work Schedule

* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks


Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

* $26.25 - $39.25 per hour
