Chicago IL United States Kreg Therapeutics Full time

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR Department, reporting directly to the CEO, and overseeing all aspects of the HR strategy and execution. This position is designed for a professional with experience in larger organizations seeking the opportunity to bring that expertise to a smaller, fun, and faster-paced environment where they can make a tangible difference while establishing themselves as a (mini) CHRO. The Director of HR will work across all HR functions, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic initiatives, to ensure our company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The position has one direct report.

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR Manager or HR Director from a Fortune-500 medical device company who is ready to transition to a more strategic leadership role where they can truly own the HR function of a company. The candidate should be ready to embrace a hands-on approach, effectively managing both tactical daily needs and long-term strategic initiatives. This is a fast-pace and high energy culture similar to a start-up environment.
