Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our home improvement company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of generating leads, enhancing brand visibility, driving revenue growth, and overseeing appointment setting processes. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital, online, and offline channels.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Supervise the appointment setting team, ensuring efficient scheduling and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Oversee and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create and implement engaging social media campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead nurturing and conversion.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the design and content of the company website, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
  • Manage all brand assets, including logo, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Offline Marketing:

  • Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including direct mail, print ads, and events.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Track and analyze offline marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including the appointment setting team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in the home improvement industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with offline marketing channels, such as direct mail and print ads.
  • Experience with appointment setting processes and lead conversion strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
