Join Our Opening Team
Tarbell's Hospitality is hiring Front of House Team Members for Quail House Coffee & Creamery, an exciting new café concept located inside Phoenix's iconic Desert Botanical Garden.
Created by acclaimed Arizona chef Mark Tarbell, Quail House features locally roasted specialty coffee, premium teas, handcrafted beverages, house-made gelato, and fresh grab-and-go food inspired by the Sonoran Desert.
We're looking for energetic, personable, and dependable team members who enjoy working with people, take pride in what they do, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and handcrafted beverages.
- Scoop and serve house-made gelato and soft serve.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to deliver quick, efficient service without sacrificing hospitality.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Previous coffee shop, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Barista experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right people.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
