About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Training & Continuous Improvement Specialist who wants to play a key role in shaping training programs across all levels of a large production site.
The position is ideal for a hands-on training professional looking to make a significant impact on the company's culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development & Delivery: Design and execute training sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of production and quality standards. Lead onboarding and Red Zone training, with a focus on effective, hands-on learning.
- Train-the-Trainer & Employee Empowerment: Support supervisors and peers by implementing “train-the-trainer” models that foster skill development at all levels.
- Continuous Improvement (CI) Integration: Collaborate with CI leaders to embed improvement strategies within training, ensuring all employees are engaged and equipped for excellence.
- Compliance & Record Management: Maintain up-to-date training records in the Alchemy system, ensuring transparency and tracking for all training initiatives.
- Innovate & Evolve Training Techniques: Bring fresh insights into training methodologies, staying on the cutting edge of learning and development (L&D) best practices to continually enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of communication, leadership, and practical experience in training and CI, along with the drive to create a lasting impact across an organization.
- Outstanding Communication & Presentation Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and make training sessions engaging.
- Continuous Improvement Knowledge: Strong understanding of CI principles, with specific experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Leadership Aptitude: Demonstrated potential to grow into leadership roles as CI initiatives expand.
- Solid Training Background: Hands-on experience in delivering and preference in building training programs.
