Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Senior Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the overall HCM Business Analyst and Developer team. You will be partnering with various IT teams (HR IT, Global Information Security, System and Database Administration, etc.), HR business team, and HR Systems Vendors for the PeopleSoft HCM application support and development. Required Qualifications:

  1. At least 4+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  3. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
  4. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
  5. 4+ years business experience in the PeopleSoft HCM Platform.
  6. Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft HCM Solutions (version 9.2 or above) software or equivalent experience.
  7. Experience in design, support, and configuration of multiple HCM modules: Core HR, Manage Labor Relations.
  8. Experience within Services sector organizations.
  9. Should have experience managing the full project lifecycle on multiple projects where PeopleSoft HCM is deployed.
  10. Experience in work allocation planning, work distribution, and managing deliverables from a large-sized team of business analysts, developers, and system and security administrators.
  11. Experience in software testing and quality management.

  1. Experience in business analysis and process optimization.
  2. Be a team player and actively collaborate and share information with other team members.
  3. Communicate well, in written or oral form, with clients and colleagues using a professional and clear manner and language appropriate to the audience.
  4. Be able to work independently.
  5. Be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to cope with complexity.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
