A company is looking for a Telephonic Intake Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls from employees, employers, and leave management vendors reporting disability claims
Accurately identifying employee eligibility information and posting new claims in the system
Following up with claimants, employers, and physicians to obtain missing claim information

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year work experience, with 1 year of customer service preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic contract knowledge and ability to interpret various provisions
Proficiency in PC environment, including Excel, Word, and email systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
