2. Manage and record work requests using appropriate IT systems

* Liaise with other teams, departments and/or external resources to ensure the root cause of a problem can be established
* Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Professional and academic qualifications:

* Degree in science or engineering subject

Or

* Several years relevant experience in a similar technical support role

Previous experience

* Demonstrated ability to work in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

Skills and competencies

* Excellent written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal/verbal communication skills
* Able to manage and plan multiple work requests
