Schedule:

* Rehab/ECF facility: Monday to Sunday 7a-5p
* Call Schedule: must be available for phone calls 5p-7a

Caseload:

* Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
* PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
* Average number of patients per day: 14
* Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
* Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: No
* Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage: No

Worksite Resource:

* X-ray onsite: YES
* Number of exam rooms: 14
* Documentation/EMR System: Epic (Hospital)

Hospital Services:

* Total number of beds: 300
* Trauma level 3
* Referral/transfer protocol: Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common

Required Scope of Practice: Sub-acute (Rehab facility) Submission Requirements

* State License
