Cardiac Electrophysiology Opportunity - High Volume Practice - Guthrie Medical Group, Sayre, PA
Guthrie Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified/Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to join our high-volume and advanced EP service in Sayre, PA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled operator to play a significant role in the growth and development of a regionally recognized program.

* Advanced Cardiovascular Services : Engage in a full spectrum of cardiovascular testing and treatments, including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, cardiac surgery (including TAVR), electrophysiology, PVI ablations, ICD and CRT-D implantation, and more.

Position Highlights:

* Focus on Electrophysiology : Concentrate on EP services with opportunities to influence and expand the program based on cutting-edge practices.
* Teaching and Research Opportunities : Participate in teaching with Guthrie s Cardiovascular Fellows, Internal Medicine Residents, and potential involvement with medical student education through the regional campus of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Contribute to our robust clinical research program.
* Collaborative and Supportive Environment : Work with a supportive clinical team including dedicated nurses, advanced practitioners, and a range of cardiovascular professionals.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Competitive Compensation : Attractive salary range of $521,000 to $737,000, complemented by a competitive RVU model and a strong internal referral network.
* Loan Repayment : Up to $150,000 in loan repayment to support your financial well-being.
* Comprehensive Benefits Package : Includes full medical, dental, and disability insurance, malpractice coverage, and a retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and contributions.
* Additional Allowances : Budget for licensure, DEA certification, and renewals.
* Referral Bonus : A $10,000 bonus for successful physician referrals.
