*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, with the ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role involves working in various settings, including clinics and home community care, with a focus on pediatrics, geriatrics, and orthopedics.

*Duties*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility and function.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and injury prevention.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

*Experience*
* Proven knowledge in physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and systems relevant to physical therapy.
* Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
* Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and home community care practices is preferred.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to create detailed care plans that address individual patient needs.

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
