This position is 100% travel and can be based out of Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Denver, or Seattle area.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead clinical care and health assessments for residents in multiple communities.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to create personalized care plans.
  • Train staff on best practices in infection control, medication management, and more.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical health incidents.
  • Develop innovative care strategies to enhance residents' quality of life.
Qualifications:
  • RN or LPN with an active COMPACT license.
  • 2+ years of experience in assisted living.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between communities (driver's license and ability to fly required).
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
