Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Grads

 

Position Highlights:

  • May be eligible for $20,000 Sign-On Bonus with 3 plus years of experience. New Grads may be eligible for $15,000 Sign-On

Job Summary

  • Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to provide nursing care for the patient.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
  •  Demonstrates the ability to perform a thorough systems assessments.
  • Directs, plans, and coordinates work flow.

Education and/or Experience

  • Graduate of Registered Nursing Education program.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Must have current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota and or meeting criteria.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PALS certification or completion upon next available program.

Work Schedule

  • Varied shifts: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, every 3rd weekend/holiday/call; 72 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate is dependent upon experience. 

  • $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
