Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of critical tasks aimed at improving patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address their specific mental health and substance use challenges.\n
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and coping strategies.\n
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal standards to ensure the privacy and security of client information.\n
  • Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care pathways for clients.\n
  • Participating in regular case reviews and peer consultations to continually enhance treatment effectiveness and foster an environment of shared learning.\n
  • Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with valuable resources and information on mental health issues and available community services.\n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing co-occurring mental health disorders. This patient demographic often experiences profound challenges, and your role will be instrumental in guiding them through recovery, empowering them with the tools necessary for long-term resilience and success.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.\n
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.\n
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically providing psychotherapy services, preferably in substance use or mental health services.\n
  • Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, along with excellent problem-solving skills.\n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.\n
  • Capability to adapt and work effectively within a collaborative team-oriented environment.\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
