The Perioperative Services Nurse Director position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a surgical services department. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to oversee a comprehensive range of services, including Pre-operative processes, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Surgical units, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Operating Room supply management, and Cardiovascular labs.
The Operating Room Nurse Director will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development across all perioperative services. The Operating Room Nurse Director’s leadership will be crucial in implementing best practices, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall performance of the surgical department. The Clinical Nurse Director Surgery will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff, to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
