Job Description:

  • As a Program Manager for Global Startup Programs, you will help design, execute, and track the performance of Cloud programs.
  • This role will require you to have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, to collaborate cross-functionally to guide our programs to success, and to understand and assess key objectives and metrics that programs are intended to achieve.
  • Your primary focus will be to design and execute regular, systematic reporting for key startup initiatives, including our recently launched startup hubs.
  • Success will be measured on your ability to develop templated program reporting, develop weekly quantitative and qualitative insights for stakeholders, and to assist in developing long-term, data driven recommendations for startup programs.



Responsibilities:

  • Design Weekly Program Reporting: collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create template for weekly reporting of startup program data.
  • Conduct and Summarize Weekly Program Analysis: perform data analysis to complete templated weekly reporting for startup programs.
  • Prepare End-of-Quarter Program Analysis: outline summary presentations for management and executives, summarizing quarterly and full-year program results for Cloud leadership.



Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in project or program management.
  • 3+ years previous experience in technology company, startup, or consulting.
  • Strong written communication skills, as the role has a strong focus on communication to management and executives.



Skills:

  • Fluency & comfort working with sheets, docs, slides, drive, etc.
  • Business analytics software (Looker)
  • Salesforce



Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical field
