Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and gain exposure to high-impact investments in the digital infrastructure sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
  • Due Diligence: Perform detailed due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Deal Execution: Assist in the structuring and execution of investment transactions, including preparation of investment memos and presentations.
  • Portfolio Management: Support the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on digital infrastructure or technology sectors.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
