Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (Business or HR-related major preferred) or equivalent experience in HR.
7-9 years of progressive Generalist experience.
Ideal candidate is able to mostly operate independently with guidance from Sr. Manager and be willing to occasionally do entry-level generalist activities; including but not limited to interview scheduling, daily Workday inputs, etc.
Professional HR certification preferred.
Demonstrated success in providing solutions to employee relations concerns of simple to medium-complexity with minimal guidance.
Experience supporting organizations across multiple locations and/or time zones preferred.
Experience working in highly matrixed organizations preferred.

Skills and Attributes:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with HRIS administration, Workday preferred.
Ability to independently initiate internet searches for timely and relevant information as it relates to recruitment or HR topics.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities.
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
