Qualifications:

* Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Indiana

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation: Up to $105 ,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

* Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
