Wholesale Iron Doors, A Stately Doors and Windows Company, is a leading supplier of exquisite doors and windows crafted from the highest quality iron and steel. We provide high quality products at wholesale pricing.

We are currently seeking an Executive Director for our Houston location. This position will have sole responsibility across all business functions associated with the operation of this division. The serious candidate will possess the following:

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  1. Sole Ownership of all management functions including logistics, operations, financial, sales and marketing functions, including developing and executing strategy, management of employees, and reporting to the executive board.
  2. Hires, trains and manages all employees.
  3. Sales
  4. Vendor relations
  5. Customer relations
  6. Supply chain management
  7. Inventory management, optimization, and reporting
  8. Internal Logistics & product movement
  9. Physical location management
  10. Customer delivery management
  11. Management of all compliance activities, OSHA, DOT, FSLA etc.
  12. International freight management from overseas suppliers
  13. Negotiating with domestic and international carriers
  14. Policy development and enforcement
Requirements:
  1. 10+ Years experience in operations management
  2. Deep experience in optimizing inventory for demand, carrying cost, and supply chain
  3. Experience managing a DOT compliant logistics program
  4. Building material, manufacturing, construction, etc. experience a plus
  5. Comfortable with utilizing ERP and CRM systems to manage inventory (NetSuite experience a major plus, but not required)
  6. Comfortable with obtaining, analyzing and leveraging data to make decisions
  7. Ability to create and understand financial reports
  8. Experience in a fast-growth, acquisitive business environment
  9. Comfortable with vetting and hiring employees

This position reports to the President of Stately Doors and Windows.
