*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dedicated *Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) *for a *full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity*. The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 months of hands-on respiratory therapy experience and a commitment to patient care excellence. This role requires a graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, with a current RRT certification from the NBRC, along with a valid state respiratory therapy license.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Deliver Exceptional Care:* Administer and assess the effectiveness of respiratory therapies as outlined in the patient’s care plan. Keep detailed records and communicate patient status to the healthcare team.
* *Drive Excellence in Patient Outcomes:* Review and refine respiratory care protocols based on patient outcomes, the latest research, and industry best practices. Be a key responder during emergency codes and assist with critical situations.
* *Tailored Patient Treatment:* Evaluate patient conditions and implement targeted respiratory treatments following established protocols, ensuring each patient receives the most effective care.
* *Patient and Family Educator:* Empower patients and their families by educating them about respiratory conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources to support their journey.
* *Critical Thinking and Independence:* Utilize your sharp critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work autonomously to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Be prepared to take swift, appropriate actions as needed.

*Requirements:*
* *Education:* Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
* *Certification:* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
* *Licensure:* Valid state respiratory therapy license.
* *NRP:* Obtain within 1 year if assigned to NICU.
* *PALS:* Obtain within 1 year if assigned to ED.
* *ACLS:* Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
* *BLS/CPR:* Valid BLS through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, with card in-hand by start date (must be valid for at least 60 days post-hire).

Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 per hour
