As an RN Hospital Case Manager, you'll be at the forefront of patient advocacy, ensuring safe and timely discharges, optimizing the benefits of medical care, and facilitating continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient chart reviews, collaborating with Attending Physicians, communicating with insurance providers for admission and continued stay reviews, and coordinating care with ancillary departments to ensure timely and effective treatment.

The ideal Inpatient Nurse Care Coordinator will have thier BSN and several years of direct patient care in an acute care hospital. Candidates with prior case management experience will receive quick interviews.
