We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Production Laborer in the Mentor area.
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly

0 - 1 year prior related experience and/or training
Job Overview
Job duties include general labor tasks, operate forklift and/or crane, operating production equipment, and performing necessary cleaning as required. Employees are given training opportunities which provides the potential for moving into higher level positions and career advancement.Responsibilities and Duties
- Moving material around the plant or work site with a forklift and/or crane for production to run smoothly
- Perform Assembly Operations
- Operate Machines such as mills, lathes, presses, shears, breaks, saws
- Package product for shipment
- Performs miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient, and quality production
Qualifications
- Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work and be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasional lifting up to approximately 75 pounds
- Use of basic hand tools and measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, calipers, micrometers)
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures
- Must have good safety awareness and efficiency skills
- Must have valid driver's license
- High School or GED
